🛍️ If You Simply Change Your Mind
We understand that sometimes a product might not fit with your Expectations.
If you wish to return an item that is exactly what you ordered (correct design, color, and size) but you just didn’t like it, you are welcome to return it under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Because our store offers free delivery on all orders, any “change of mind” return means we already paid the delivery cost for your order once.
To keep things fair, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer in such cases.
• Once we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund of your invoice amount to your bank or original payment method (excluding return courier cost).
🧵 If the Item is Damaged or Incorrect
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we take full responsibility.
In such cases:
• Pinsstripe will pay the return shipping cost.
• You may use any courier service of your choice to send it back to our warehouse address (provided by our support team).
• Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.
⏰ Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
💸 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7- 10 business days after your returned item is received and inspected.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and packaging reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
• Pillow inserts
• Filled comforters
• Custom-size or personalized bedding
